Print time around 1,5 hours. Choice of PLA might not be the best, long term it could warp in higher temperatures (>40°C)
Now, the design was too fast, as the outer (big fan) holes do not match.
Quick hole location correction and removed excessive material.
Redesign (FreeCAD), slimmed down, corrected hole location. Since not much material has been removed printing time will not be drastically shorter.Corrected frame for a smaller fan
Bonus: inside of the PC case with superimposed temperature.
Hottest areas (yellow) are ~50°C, coldest areas (gray/white) are ~25°C
